The villa with many options.....
Crystal-clear water, sun, swimming, peace and quiet and reeds. These are the key words that describe this traditionally built detached villa with a large outbuilding with a practical attic (for working or staying overnight). Both roofs are thatched. The boathouse, on its own island, gives shelter to the sloop. Ample parking on site. By means of a modernisation you can also fulfil your own wishes. The appearance of the property can easily get a face-lift making the 'look' more modern. See the Artist Impressions between the photos.
A plan for an entirely new villa has also been worked out. We will be pleased to show you these impressions during your visit.
The location on the Vinkeveense Plassen is phenomenal and because the house fronts the B'brugse Zuwe you are in no time on the A2 or in Abcoude with primary schools, a train station and many shops. Vinkeveen centre also has a lot of cosiness to offer. In the vicinity are sailing schools, is a diving school and there are many catering establishments with beautiful terraces on the lakes.
The private bridge with (electric) lockable gate gives access to the beautifully situated plot. Because of the large hedge, the privacy is guaranteed!
The fantastic garden offers terraces by the house, on the water and on the island. There is everywhere a place in the sun and shade to be found. Ideal is the large boat house so the boat can always be inside. From here you are almost directly on the large lake, from where many sailing routes are accessible. The detached garage is built in the same cottage style as the house. The first floor of the outbuilding has its own entrance and offers a beautiful bedroom/living room, a practice room or space for a home office.
On the ground floor of the outbuilding you will find a bath/shower room with toilet and washbasin. The floor of the garage has a small kitchenette.

Through the entrance you enter the spacious and representative hallway which gives access to all the rooms on the ground floor. Through the semicircular doors, the spacious living room is accessible. The centrally located gas fireplace ensures that this room can be divided in various ways. The beautifully designed staircase that leads to the first floor catches the eye. The semicircular staircase receives plenty of daylight through the semicircular windows in the side wall.
From the hall, there are also access doors to the practical laundry room, the toilet, the wardrobe room and a storage room. This space is an ideal entrance for children with dirty feet and used sportswear. The spacious kitchen with various appliances is also accessible from the hall. This room is suitable for many purposes and is equipped with a small kitchenette. This building has its own central heating system (approx. 2014).
Garden:
The garden is well maintained and equipped with a beautiful new lawn. There is plenty of privacy. There are several possibilities to moor the boat and via a floating walkway you will reach the island with the boathouse. What a great place to relax and unwind. The boathouse has plenty of storage space. The veranda on the boat house is a great place for a drink. The combination of view of sheltered water and green is really very nice and never boring.
